Sharon Williges draws on a wealth of talent and experience as Fulfillment and Administrative Support Manager for Technifold. Sharon’s initial education and experience was in repairing computer mainframes out in the field.

She soon moved into the retail field, managing a $2 million a year Hallmark store in NJ. After 5 years at the store, Sharon and her mother were bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and together they started and ran a gift store.

After marrying her husband Steve in 1991, full-time motherhood took priority and Sharon got busy raising her son, now 16, and two daughters, 9 and 10. All the while she kept her hand in the business world by waitressing at her sister’s popular restaurant in nearby Milford, PA.

In 2004 she joined Technifold just to ‘help out’ with some mailings on a part-time basis. The company was growing quickly and Sharon drew on her retail management and operational experience to get the fulfillment and administrative departments running better.

That part-time job grew quickly into a full time position and somehow Sharon managed to balance an extremely busy home life and work life. Says Sharon, “I am very blessed to be a mother and to have this job…I love what I do, especially when I have the chance to talk to customers on the phone.”

Not only does Sharon handle the fulfillment and administrative tasks, she frequently is found answering the phones, taking orders or pitching in wherever her talents are needed. As Technifold grew from providing just a few specialty scoring devices for folding machines to providing more than 200 different versions of it’s products (and associated parts) for all types of bindery equipment, Sharon’s skills and experience have kept it all organized. Her many years working face to face with customers in the retail and restaurant world laid the groundwork for the joy and satisfaction she gets talking with Technifold customers and vendors each and every day.
